What sort of leaders do you work with?
Mostly senior leaders - C-Suite, GMs, people managing budgets, initiatives and teams, or working across complex stakeholder environments. If you’re making decisions that matter, I can help.
Do you only work with executives and CEOs?
Not at all. I coach emerging leaders too, especially those stepping into people leadership or navigating new complexity for the first time..
Do you have experience working with engineers / Government / tech leaders / multinationals / owner operators etc?
Yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes.
I’ve coached leaders across Government, tech, engineering, corporates, SMEs, and start-ups.
But honestly? Industry matters less than you'd think. Leadership challenges show up everywhere - and fresh perspective can be an asset.
What sort of coaching conversations might we have?
Whatever matters most to you. We’ll work on clarity, confidence, influence, complexity - and how to lead with more intention and less noise. It’s real conversation, not fluffy coaching-speak.

Does unlimited access mean I have 24/ 7 access if I have a question?
Not quite. I work normal-ish hours. But if it’s urgent and appropriate, I’ll be there.
